1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PVSHOW platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
PVSHOW provides AI-powered image and video generation services. Users can create visual content through text prompts and image inputs using various AI models available on the Platform.
3. Account Registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payment
The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our payment provider (Stripe). All credit purchases are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
5. User-Generated Content — Ownership and Liability
All content created by users through the Platform — including but not limited to images, videos, and other AI-generated outputs — is owned exclusively by the user who created it. PVSHOW does not claim any ownership, intellectual property rights, or licensing rights over user-generated content.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, trademark, portrait rights, and any other proprietary rights of third parties.
Any legal risks, disputes, or liabilities arising from the creation, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use of user-generated content are borne entirely by the user. PVSHOW shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from user-generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. PVSHOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
7. Platform Intellectual Property
The Platform itself — including its design, source code, logos, trademarks, and documentation — is the intellectual property of PVSHOW and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PVSHOW makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVSHOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
PVSHOW may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination for cause.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
