1. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased on PVSHOW are used to pay for AI generation tasks. Each generation task consumes a specified number of credits based on the type and complexity of the request.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may request a refund in the following circumstances: a technical failure on our end that prevented a generation task from completing, where credits were deducted but no output was delivered; or duplicate charges resulting from payment processing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for credits consumed by successfully completed generation tasks (regardless of whether the output meets your expectations), unused credits remaining in your account, or account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@pvshow.net with your account email, the transaction ID or date, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. In some cases, we may offer credit restoration to your account instead of a monetary refund.
